The Path of Life Delivery and Returns Policy

Posting Methods

All our items are sent free delivery in the UK

We choose the best method of delivery, smaller lighter items are sent
via Royal Mail, using either Recorded or Air Mail services depending
upon where the items are being sent and the value of the item

Heavier more expensive items are sent using a signed for Parcel
Delivery service or courier.

Posting Times

We strive to post your items within 36 Hours of your order (excluding
weekends and Public Holidays)

We always use the fastest and safest method of delivery. Please allow
up to 72 hours from the nearest working day from dispatch date of your
order our couriers only delivery Monday-Friday. Please note any order
not received within five working days of despatch noticification must
be reported immediately. The same applies for any order that may
arrive incomplete.

Product Returns

All products are covered via the manufacturers standard guarantees.

Items ordered in error or no longer required must be returned to us
within 14 days of delivery, with all tags and in un-used condition. In
the case of goods supplied in the manufactures packing the goods must
be returned with all internal packaging intact and the outer packaging
undamaged or packaging defaced by being written on. In the case of
goods damaged due to not being packed correctly for return you will
not be refunded. In the event of the goods arriving back with
manufactures packaging damaged The Path of Life reserve the right to
refuse to accept the returned item.

However please note while we are happy to exchange goods ordered in
error or cancel said order for a refund all postage and packing costs
will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any goods being returned or orders cancelled we must be notified in
writing before goods are returned this must be within the 14 day return
period.
